There is a silver gilt lettered leather bookmark in a black pocket inside the clamshell box. The book is leather the same shade of dark orange as is on the box. The title is in silver lettering down a spine that has two raised ribs. There is a silver mounted coin in the center of the front cover. The free and pasted end pages are a heavy marbled yellow-orange. The book is signed by the author photographer and vice-president of the remington society. Pages: 17 xvi-xxi 2-331 1.
