In december 2015 wordt immers het Art & Design Atomium Museum (ADAM) feestelijk geopend op de Heizelvlakte. Het werd ontworpen als museum voor design en kunst, en niet louter als museum van design stricto sensu. De prive-collectie, het Plasticarium, van Philippe Decelle, is uniek in de wereld en vormt de kern van de permanente tentoonstelling van het ADAM. Tientallen jaren lang verzamelde deze liefhebber kunststofmateriaal.
