Volume unico rilegato in mezza pelle con titoli e fregi in oro su tassello colorato al dorso, contenente i numeri di gennaio ed aprile del 1957 ed il numero di marzo del 1958. Coperta segnata da fattore tempo principalmente al dorso, tagli e pagine con naturale leggera imbrunitura, tomo completamente fruibile, presente all'interno anche il numero di gennaio 1957 della rivista "House Beautiful", numerose illustrazioni a colori e in nero nel testo, numero complessivo pagine 597 (102, 113, 160, 222) USATO

Tracce di polvere nella copertina in tela azzurra con titolo dorato su tasselli di pelle al dorso lievemente usurati, le pagine sono in buono stato ma la copertina e i primi due fogli del fascicolo di Febbraio presentano pieghe e strappi nell'angolo inferiore e al bordo superiore, mentre nel fascicolo di Ottobre si riscontrano segni di usura solo alla copertina.
