La pubblicazione ''Undici stati'' tratti da un'unica lastra incisa all'acquaforte da Lattanzi dimostra la precisa intenzione dell'Artista di definire e identificare ogni stato non come la consueta fase di passaggio per arrivare all'optimum desiderato e destinato alla relativa tiratura, bensì come una realizzazione a sé. Per il terzo e quarto ''stato'' la tecnica utilizzata è quella dell'acquatinta che campisce le zone dove appaiono i mezzi toni. L'undicesimo stato fu l'ultimo solo perché la lastra, ormai erosa, non permetteva ulteriori morsure in acido: idealmente la ''focalizzazione semantica'' continua all'infinito. . . Nel 1965 compì l'Accademia di Belle Arti nella classe di Gyorgy Kadare, dal1966 partecipa alle manifestazioni nazionali ed internazionali di arte grafica. Nel 1973 presentò una mostra personale a Sofia e, nel1975, una all'Istituto per le Relazioni Culturali con l'estero e una con la Galleria Somogyi di Koposvar. Dal 1966 al 1969 ottenne la borsa di studio Derkovits e nel 1974 vinse un premio alla Biennale di Arte Grafica di Firenze.

Cover yellowing, age-stained, slightly stained and curved. Cover corners and edges bumped and peeling. Spine partly detached from binding (hinges partly cracked). Some pages upper edge water-stained - no damage to text or plates. Pages yellowing, wavy and rough-cut (as published). Eden Phillpotts (1862-1960) was an English author, poet and dramatist. He was born in India, educated in Plymouth, Devon, and worked as an insurance officer for 10 years before studying for the stage and eventually becoming a writer. Sir Frank William Brangwyn (1867-1956), was an Anglo-Welsh artist, painter, water colourist, virtuoso engraver and illustrator, and progressive designer. The Fawn here is Pan, the god of the wild, shepherds and flocks. His realm is all of nature. His pleasures are the mountains, hunting, music, and the companionship of nymphs. First American edition.
