Tarzan sets out with Ramel's pet leopard a lion and a chimpanzee and soon locates the boy. Based on Wallace's 1918 novel. <br/><br/>John Lexman is a murder-mystery writer happily married but with financial troubles leading him to borrow money from less-reputable figures. He is framed for murder of the lenders perhaps by the estranged lover of his new wife. <br/><br/>"The Edgar Wallace Mysteries" constituted a run of 47 films all produced at Merton Park Studios for Anglo-Amalgamated between 1960 and 1965 as second features for distribution in British cinema houses. They were generally based on adaptations of original late Victorian/early twentieth century stories by Edgar Wallace updated to reflect contemporary settings. The features were rebroadcast later the same year on "The Edgar Wallace Mystery Theater" which ran in both the US and UK. The opening was a slowly revolving bust of Edgar Wallace to the accompaniment of the "Man of Mystery Theme" written by Michael Carr later recorded by The Shadows and a No. 1 hit record in the UK. <br/><br/>Cream titled wrappers. Trasmere is thrifty and does not trust banks so he keeps all of his money in his house. One day he turns up dead in a completely locked vault the only clue being a new pin. <br/><br/>Wallace's novel was first adapted for a 1929 British film of the same name directed by Arthur Maude. "What Have You Done to Solange" 1972 a Giallo film directed by Massimo Dallamano is loosely based on the novel. <br/><br/>"The Edgar Wallace Mysteries" constituted a run of 47 films all produced at Merton Park Studios for Anglo-Amalgamated between 1960 and 1965 as second features for distribution in British cinema houses. Seen in the images is starring actress Dany Robin both on the set and at a birthday party and other stars of the film in action. Notations on the verso of several photos in holograph pencil and five photos rubber-stamped on the verso crediting photographer Boutinot. Housed in a vintage Crumiere brand paper box with the film title in holograph ink on the lid and accompanied by a receipt dated 1957 on parchment from the Waroline photography store in Paris. <br/><br/>Based on Champly's 1932 novel "L'Homme Qui Mourra Domain." A jeweler is suspected of conspiracy in South America so he is imprisoned and his strong-willed wife will do anything to declare his innocence. <br/><br/>Photos range in size with the largest being 7 x 9.25 inches with two color transparencies 2.5 x 2.5 inch. "Madame Spy" was the third on the heels of his masterpiece "The Mummy" 1932 and a year before the cult horror classic "Mad Love" 1935. <br/><br/>During World War I the wife of an Austrian diplomat is revealed to be a Russian spy and must flee to safety through "No Man's Land." A remake of the 1932 German film "Under False Flag" directed by Johannes Meyer and starring Gustav Frohlich and Charlotte Susa and itself later remade in 1942 directed by Roy William Neill and starring Constance Bennett and Don Porter. <br/><br/>White wrappers rubber-stamped FILE COPY on the front wrapper noted as copy No. 37 and production No. 648 dated September 29 1933 with credits for screenwriter Hurlbut and director Freund.
