Einband leicht gebräunt und gerändert, sonst gut erhalten. Altersentsprechend guter Zustand. Die Ausgabe erschien am Tag der Kriegserklärung der USA an die Achsenmächte und damit dem Eintritt der Vereinigten Staaten in den Zweiten Weltkrieg. Die ersten 2 Seiten zeigen Hitler mit mehreren Außenministern verbündeter Länder wie Finnland, Kroatien, Italien und Bulgarien bei einem Treffen in Berlin. Später folgt ein längerer Text zur "Leistung" deutscher Schnellboote auf See. Ein Kurzbeitrag widmet sich der Verbindung der US-Regierung mit mehreren jüdischen Filmproduzenten Hollywoods. Ein weiterer Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit den sowjetischen Ratas (Flugzeugen), die aus deutscher Sicht in der englischen Propaganda maßlos überhöht werden. Es folgt eine Doppelseite mit dem Titel "Gefangene erzählen. 14 Einzelschicksale aus der Sowjet-Union", hierfür wurden Texte und Porträts versammelt. Was wie Journalismus aussieht ist jedoch Teil einer interessanten Propaganda, denn die 14 Gefangenen werden ausnahmslos mit ihren (schlechten) Erfahrungen in der Roten Armee und im Land daheim zitiert. Es folgen einige unterhaltende Artikel für die Berliner, sowie auch zahlreiche zeitgenössische Werbeanzeigen. Aufgrund des Zeitpunkts Ende 1941 (Im Krieg mit der UdSSR, anstehender Kriegseintritt der USA) liegt hier eine sehr politische Berliner Illustrierte Zeitung vor.
