At the time there were 13 amendments to the US Constitution. Bound in worn leather there are sections of leather worn off on front spine and rear corners worn round spine crumbling with unreadable text labels. Only one endpaper remains it has a hole and pen name "Ira Bushnell." Foxing and toning on the interior paper edges have damage no rear endpapers.
