With the nineteenth century trade ticket of Cockayne of Walworth Road, London on front paste-down. This profusely illustrated issue, variously dated between 1881 and 1890, is the best of the late nineteenth editions of Farrar's classic biographical account. A handsome copy in neatly restored period binding, ideal as a gift or for presentation.
