The book contains a list of the various staff members, overview of the work done at the university's institutes (which, at the time, were limited to Jewish Studies, Oriental Studies, General Humanities, Mathematics, Chemistry, Natural History of Palestine, Microbiology and Hygiene), information on academic and non-academic activities, register of courses for 1930 and 1931, student statistics and a detailed financial report.
