EXTREMELY RARE single volume with two of the six parts of the Jewish prayer book ("Siddur") published in 19th century Jerusalem by Shlomo Moussaieff, a renowned Uzbekistan-born Jewish philanthropist, collector and scholar. This Siddur is heavily influenced by the Kabbalah, as evident in the prayer texts and in the laws and instructions mentioned in the book. 175x120mm. 122+142 double pages. Black quarter-leather hardcover with gilt lettering on spine. Cover and spine worn. cover inscription faded. Cover edges and corners bumped. Few worm holes on cover.
