She is not credited in any way in the book; however it appears that the author and Malina took five unused copies from the trade edition and created this special limited signed edition of 5 copies. The text of this volume of 44 poems includes "Looking for the King of Spain & Pachelbel's Canon" as specially noted on the title page. Laid in to this volume is a brief yet revealing letter from Wakoski to Minty expressing the genesis of the poem "Directions" pp. 64-65 and the author's feelings of "how much I hated homosexuality".
