1972001508New York New York: Harper & Row Inc 1972. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good Plus. Signed inscribed and dated on the ffep by the author Dr. Abraham Briloff for the bookseller. However Dr. Briloff was at the time almost totally blind and some lines are on top of other lines and what he said in total is extremely hard to make out. However his signature is at the bottom and it is dated 2/28/03. For this reason the book is heavily discounted. At the time of writing of this book Dr. Briloff had taken the lead in exposing dubious inconsistent and frequently incongruous accounting practices. A smudge on the back cover of the dust jacket and some chipping at the edges of the front cover. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. Still all in all a decent copy.

Harper & Row, Inc hardcover
