1956517840World Publishing Co. January 1956. Hardcover. Good - Cash/Fair. Dark red covers with faded gold lettering and detailing to the cover and spine that have general surface and edge wear to both volumes. The corners have been bumped. Tears on the inside of the covers on both volumes have been repaired with glue but the tears are still visible. Pages all show reader wear. Vol. 1 has a gift inscription inside. A few of the pages have been torn but have since been repaired with clear tape. Vol. 2 has small tears in the top and bottom corners of hte gutter of the front cover. The cover is beginning to come loose from the rest of the book. Pages in both volumes appear to be secure. Tan dust jackets with red lettering and detailing along the edges. Heavy surface and edge wear to the dust jackets. Dust jackets have several tears chippings and missing pieces. The top and bottom edges of the spine show the most wear. Both dust jackets are in mylar covers. Stock photos may not look exactly like the book. World Publishing Co. hardcover
