Spine tips lightly bumped and frayed; some light chipping at corners and along top edge of front board; pp. 53-60 8 leaves roughly opened along bottom edge with some light chipping in the margin only nowhere infringing upon text. A short unpaginated title with 8 pp. printed on rectos in black lettering trimmed in red. Designed by Bruce Rogers. A presentation copy to Caroline Riesor Rau--a Chicago socialite and prolific book collector and wife of David Wallerstein-David Wallerstein would become President of the Balaban & Katz Midwest movie theaters as well as friends with Ray Kroc and Walt Disney and later served on the Board of Directors of Disney ABC and McDonalds.
