A well known lawyer and a woman barrister are secretaries. The scheme of reform worked out at the instance of Garda Kappenburg and afterwards in the course of several personal interviews submitted to the Minister for Justice Pierre Laval seems to have met with complete success." 1925 Annual Report of The American Friends Service Committee.
