The three are: "Star on Her Shoulder"; "Detour"; and "Let's Do the Town." All three had been previously published in magazines although for some reason the only whose prior appearance is acknowledged on the title page is "Detour" which was published in McCall's under the title "Husbands Are Perishable". The friendship between Baldwin and Eberhart is well documented with Eberhart considered the founder of the modern romance suspense or mystery novel.
