Boards are bowed have rubbing wear scuffing and peeling on surfaces. Chipping and slight denting along the extremities. Moderate bumping to corners in some cases exposing the boards. Volume 1 front and rear boards have been reattached to textblock. Volume 2 front and rear boards and spine are detached from the textblock. Textblocks have marbled end papers and edges white stickers on the front pastedowns pen inscriptions on the title pages and library stamps on the title pages.
