This catalog was prepared to accompany a travelling exhibition that originated at the Museo Nacional Reina Sofia in Madrid in 1998. It also was shown in Oslo, Vienna and Hannover. Ronald Brooks Kitaj (1932- 2007) was an American artist with Jewish roots who spent much of his working life in England. Edited by Marco Livingstone.
