Sua la celebre corrispondenza che seguì le tragiche vicende del dirigibile Italia comandato da Nobile. l'opera cescrive la Campagna d'Etiopia al seguito dell'Esercito Italiano descrivendo luoghi, avvenimenti, usi e costumi della popolazione locale incontrati durante la spedizione bellica.
