On the other hand, the Eastern Anatolian Plateau, vvhich lost it's literary tradition after the Urartians, lived through it's second Protohistorical Period in the Late Iron Age (600 - 200 BC). ¿n this book the author is revaluating the Second Protohistorical Period of the Eastern Anatolian Plateau in the light of present and contemporary archaeological evidence and historical sources; pointing out vvith proof that in order to find the roots in Eastern Anatolia one should look to the West.
