A record of the Crown Prince of the German Empire and of Prussia's own hunting diary with accounts of nature and hunting experiences such as hunting elephants in Ceylon tigers in India shooting alpine ibex and grouse in Scotland. Illustrated with a colour frontispiece tipped in and twenty-eight mounted photographs in black and white on thick paper. Collated complete. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. With light damp marking to the boards. Alan Thornton's bookplate to the front pastedown.
