(aloni, piccole manc. al dorso), pp. 133, con 3 tavv. in b.n. nel t., applic. alla pag., che riproducono acqueforti di Anselmo Bucci, create per questa curata ediz. del poemetto di Toeplitz. La leggenda del monaco irlandese San Brandano (484-578) fu considerata, verso la fine del secolo scorso, una fonte della Divina Commedia. Testo ben conservato.
Leg. mz. tela con angoli in-4, al ds. tass. con tit. oro, pp. IV-(2)-528, opera illusttrata con 494 incisioni, il volume fuori commercio era donato agli Abbonati del Corriere della Sera. Ottimo.

The volume also contains a well-illustrated architectural appraisal of Sherborne Minster, Dorset, by Petit.
