Very good. This claims convention between the U.S. and Brazil was the second treaty between the powers and calls for a mutual settlement of American claims on Brazil. The text of the treaty is printed in double columns in parallel English and Portuguese. Also included with the treaty is the act of the U.S. Congress of 1850 implementing the convention and the rules and regulations of the claims commission. The separately printed Senate resolution extends the duration of the act carrying out the convention into the late summer of 1852.
