Because - There are accomodations for about 1000 persons; the tents are all furnished with from two to four cots new bedclothes and camp furniture; it is enclosed in a 6-ft. tight wire fence and is carefully guarded day and night; meals are served on camp grounds; everything will be run in strictly first-class order.
