Raoul Varin of Paris France re-created the original paintings in the mid-1920s. The differences between Mr. Varin's paintings and the original prints were subtle. He engraved a variety of signed limited edition numbered prints . in the 1920s and 1930s. They were published by A Ackermann & Son .
