18781008308vo pamphlet two parts removed disbound XLII 122 62 pp. Pamphlet is removed but text is complete first signature almost detached from block normal aging and toning. This work contains a massive amount of information relating to using railroads to transport mail across the continent. As part of the analysis in supporting railway mail service the special commission provides charts that show profits and expenses for 114 railroad companies and postal statistics between 1789 and 1877.
