<p>19 cm, cartella editoriale completamente illustrata, chiusura con nastri, un cartoncino esplicativo inciso fronte retro a colori acquarellati, un globo ripiegato a 6 spicchi di carte geografiche colorate a mano legati da cordoncini con fermagli. Il cartoncino illustrato riporta sulle due facciate il "Meccanismo del Gllobo artificiale" e lo "Zodiaco ecclittico". Prima e quarta copertina illustrate da raffinate incisioni, alla prima cop. titolo in grande cornice allegorica con diverse figure, all'ultima cop. la raffigurazione dello zodiaco ed alcune note esplicative "L'oggetto di questo piccolo meccanismo è di presentare, come un trastullo, la cognizione e la forma della Terra, e di dare una piena idea della sua divisione fisica e politica.." ; "Nota: Il Globo s'arrotonda disponendo in giro i foglietti, poi si riuniscono alto e basso facendo scorrere i fermagli sui cordoncini; il globo così disposto.." Il Globo è perfettamente conservato, tracce d'uso ed aloni alla prima copertina, esemplare privo dell'opuscolo di 16 pagine segnalato dai repertori. Rara prima edizione italiana del globo meccanico di Legrand che non riporta l'anno di stampa a differenza delle edizioni successive.</p>
In-12°; antiporta incisa colorata a mano e frontespizio calcografico con vignetta colorata, pp. (4), 246. Legatura in cartonato rigido azzurrino moderno.
Norimberga, 1720 circa. Incisione in rame all’acquaforte, colore d’epoca, cm 49 x 58,5 (alla lastra) più margini. Carta raffigurante la sfera armillare al centro e ai due lati, leggermente più in basso, sulla sinistra il globo celeste e sulla destra il globo terrestre. In basso, al centro, una didascalia di sei righe spiega che cosa sia e a che cosa serva la sfera artificiale. L’Autore (Kammlach, 1663 – Nuremberg, 1724) fu incisore e venditore di mappe. Esemplare in tenue coloritura ma con alcuni elementi realizzati in colore vivace (come allora si usava fare) una normale ma leggera patina di sporco del foglio con aluni aloncini presenti, nell’insieme in buono stato di conservazione. .
Augusta, 1730 circa. Incisione in rame all’acquaforte, colore d’epoca, cm 50,5 x 59 (alla lastra) più margini. Matthäus Seutter (1678 – 1757) è stato uno dei più importanti editori tedeschi di carte e mappe del XVIII secolo. Inizialmente attivo come incisore per Johann Baptist Homann e poi per Jeremia Wolff, intorno al 1717 fondò ad Augusta una propria casa editrice di cartografia. La maggior parte delle carte del Seutter sono basate su quelle di Homann ma ciò nonostante intorno al 1730 Seutter risultava fra gli editori più prolifici del suo tempo, fu onorato dall'imperatore Carlo VI con il titolo di Geografo Imperiale e la maggior parte delle sue carte includette la denominazione “Avec Privilege”. Seutter continuò a pubblicare fino alla morte che sopraggiunse nel 1757 quando egli era all'apice della carriera. Esemplare con alcune pieghe e strappi marginali, leggeri punti di sporco ai margini, in accesa coloritura (come allora si usava fare), discreto stato di conservazione.

Incisione in rame all'acquaforte applicata su tela e divisa in 16 riquadri, confini in colore d'epoca, cm 47,5 x 74,5 (al filetto nero di riquadro), titoli in cartiglio centrale con volute geometriche e decori floreali e in un più piccolo, sottostante, cartiglio. Alcuni difetti della carta alle giunture dei quadri e normali segni del tempo, discreta conservazione.

(con aloni), pp. 43, con 1 grande tavola litografata, più volte ripieg. e f.t., che raffigura la mongolfiera di Antonio Comaschi, aeronauta bolognese. La tavola (mm. 415 x 580) è divisa in due parti e ampiamente descritta. Cfr. Boffito, p. 172 - Brockett, n. 2940 - Tissandier 56. Con lievi fiorit. intercalate nel t., ma complessivam. in buono stato.
Senza indicazioni tipografiche (ma Paris, 1778). Coppia di incisioni in rame all'acquaforte, confini in colore d'epoca, cm 41 x 55,5 circa (il foglio), più margini. In entrambe le carte la rappresentazione è inquadrata da una ricca cornice decorativa con volute geometriche di decoro, composizioni e putti con strumenti cartografici, il globo è al centro della carta, ai lati sono riportate (su carta dell'epoca) due ampie strisce descrittive in lingua francese. Buona conservazione.
Firenze, 1807. Incisione in arme all'acquaforte, b/n, cm 50 x 70. La carta raffigura i due emisferi separati ma uniti l’un l’altro, titolo entro semplici e piccoli cartigli. L’esemplare, in coloritura coeva e in margini, pur con difetti della carta e una lieve, uniforme brunitura, si presenta nell’insieme in discreto stato.
Venezia, presso Antonio Zatta, 1774. Incisione in rame all'acquaforte, confini in colore d'epoca cm 33 x 42,8 circa (alla lastra) più margini. Rappresentazione dell'emisfero terrestre settentrionale, incisa e preparata dallo Zuliani e dal Pitteri e edita dallo Zatta. Come si dice nella lunga didascalia esplicativa al margine inferiore, nel redigere la carta e nel far riferimento alle “terre Antartiche, “in cui fin ora la Geografia non ha il minimo fondamento” si è fatto riferimento alle “più probabili congeture adottando il sistema proposto dal Sig.r Robeto de Vaugundy”. É interessante come nella carta siano rappresentate le principali montuosità, con tratteggio da destra a sinistra. Esemplare in margini, in bella coloritura e in buono stato di conservazione.
