Rückseitig privater Namensstempel, sonst wohlerhalten. Altersentsprechend guter Zustand. Der Plan enthält am unteren Rand folgenden Vermerk: "Freig. d. Verm.-Kom. f.d. Reichshauptstadt Berlin Nr. 77/4.12.1937. Der detaillierte Plan zeigt Straßenzüge mit einzeln verzeichneten Häusern (Parzellierung), samt Straßennamen und Hausnummern. Er bietet den Zustand Januar 1938, es handelt sich hier also um die aufschlußreiche Vorkriegsbebauung und Vermessung in den Bezirken. Seltener Plan für Berlin-Tempelhof!

Leinen auf der Rückseite etwas stockfleckig, Karte papierbedingt leicht gegilbt, stellenweise mit leichten Flecken und Fingerspuren, insgesamt gut erhalten. Die Karte aus dem Jahre 1858 zeigt, in Jagen eingeteilt, das Gebiet der Königlichen Oberförsterei Biesenthal mit Bezeichnung angrenzender Reviere und Ortschaften, nebst Legende der Baumsymbole und Flächennutzung, einer Tabelle "Übersicht über die Schutzbezirks Eintheilung" und "Recapitulation der General Vermessungs Tabelle" (beide unausgefüllt).
