Mentre il Consorzio INBUS e la Menarini decidono di adeguare i loro due modelli a questo Capitolato, IVECO sviluppa un progetto nuovo, che prende il nome commerciale di Effeuno. La monografia è suddivisa in tre sezioni: Analisi tecnica, mirata a descrivere gli elementi comuni di progettazione del telaio e delle parti meccaniche, derivanti dal progetto IVECO e dal Capitolato Federtrasporti; Analisi del design, che analizza le peculiarità dei prototipi e degli allestimenti interpretati dai diversi carrozzieri italiani; La diffusione in Italia, dedicata infine alla distribuzione ed all'impiego di questi veicoli nelle più importanti regioni e città italiane.
