Prima era stata mannequin per Coco Chanel. aveva viaggiato con 3 donne dalla Terra del Fuoco all'Alaska (sponsor Renault) poi fu in Bolivia a indagare sulla morte di Che Guevara e fu espulsa; intervistò clandesitnamente terroristi in Germania e oppositori dei colonnelli in Grecia ecc.
