First published in 1936, this is the first comprehensive guide to the settlements of the island, compiled by the Inspector of Antiquities. Professor David Talbot contributes an introductory chapter on the icon and the Greek Church. EXTREMELY SCARCE, ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION.
