(He was the son of shipping magnate Ditlev Torm, and was born in China) . Torm was professor of New Testament at the University of Copenhagen from 1903 1940 and was the university's rector in the period 1924 - 25. He was one of the earliest critics in Denmark of Nazi development in Germany and published Kirkekampen I Tyskland ( 1939 ) on the subject. (Wikipeida, 2016) This is a scarce earlier lecture by Torm on Judaism. OCLC lists only 3 copies worldwide (NLI, Harvard, Statsbiblioteket Aarhus Denmark) . Ex-library with usual markings.
