Allerdings hilft auch schon ein Blick in Grundlagenliteratur weiter. Der zweite Teil "Unternehmensfinanzierung" ist dabei stark an der angloamerikanischen Praxis angelehnt. Ich habe mir das Buch gekauft um mich auf einen Tätigkeit im M&A-Bereich vorzubereiten. Die Ausführungen der Autoren stimmen mit meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen weitestgehend überein Abweichungen sind mit Sicherheit damit zu begründen das es die "idealen" standardisierten M&A-Prozesse nicht gibt.
