There were two versions of this edition published; a to club members with club insignia and the word "Clubausgabe" on title page and b copies to the general public without insignia etc. present. This volume is the second version. Austria is also included in this volume. Germany had gained the Sudetenland invaded and annexed what she named the " Proctectorate of Bohemia and Moravia " and finally regained the Memel territory from Lithuania and all these areas are included in this volume.
