Richly illustrated with many black-and-white maps photographs portraits illustrations facsimiles charts tables etc. Light bumping to spine ends tide-mark to the foredge faint tide-mark to the upper margin of the ffep and rear endpapers text-block remains otherwise without blemish with bright clean and unmarked leaves and firm sound binding; very good.
