Es fiel mir auf das wenn es mir gelingen würde einen Abdruck auf eine weiche durchsichtige solide Masse zu übertragen es dann möglich sein dürfte eine Einprägung der Faser in die weiche Masse zu erhalten. Falls diese Einprägungen glatte ungestreifte Einsenkungen hätten den Fasern entsprechend so würde dies ein Beweis für die bauliche Verschiedenheit der Fibrille sein; falls dagegen die Einprägungen gestreift wäre so könnte dies nur der Thatsache zugeschrieben werden dass die Streifung der Einprägungen resp. des Muskels durch die Form der Fibrille bedingt ist welche Form und Streifung im Acte des Abdrucks auf die weiche Masse übertragen wurde.
