Funding would have been provided by both schools and faculty would have been shared jointly with MIT being ultimately responsible for reporting on the annual results. Section V in this version of the agreement refers to the 1913-14 school year resulting in our dating it as we have.<br/><br/>The project was supported by Harvard's Eliot but after continuing attempts to merge the operations and the involvement of the courts from 1904 to 1917 the idea was ultimatey abandoned.
