Bevelled edges with decorative ruling in blind spine panel gilt-lettered and -ruled. Slightly edgeworn with a little color-loss round cover's margins front hinge is cracked but holding only one little old pencilled note directing reader to "Hydraulic Main" an otherwise clean sound copy. We urge somebody out there to send a copy to PG&E specially the SF peninsula office. .looks pretty useful if you're a pick and helve guy maybe even if you're a back-hoe guy.
