Published anonymously attributed to Samuel Lover and by some to Thomas Browne. This is Part II only. A second edition was published in Dublin in 1832. Qualche segno d'uso e del tempo alla legatura, in particolare, alla cerniera anteriore, due fenditure nella tela, che non pregiudicano assolutamente la solidità della legatura. I fascicoli 26 e 69 riportano un errore nella numerazione: nel primo le pagine sono numerate 101-108 anziché 201-208, nel secondo 645-652 anziché 545-552, ma il testo è corretto. Alcune pagine presentano la parte ospitante lo specchio di scrittura lievemente arrossata, probabilmente a causa della reazione della carta all'inchiostro utilizzato per le figure. Segni d'umido, per il resto ben conservato. Si tratta del secondo volume, autonomo e concluso in sé, dell'opera Il museo delle scienze e delle arti del dott. Dionigi Lardner professore emerito di Fisica e Astronomia al Collegio dell'Università di Londra, dottor in legge delle Università di Cambridge e di Dublino, membro delle Società Reali di Londra e di Edimburgo, ecc., ecc.
