Griffiths describes this edition as 16mo but it is in 6s with horizontal chainlines. Bound in contemporary black morocco rubbed but sound. Sides tooled in triple panels with corner tools. This volume also includes 49 engraved plates printed on only one side of paper - the reverse being blank. Bound in early 18th century full crimson morocco decorated in blind slightly worn along edges. All page edges gilt. Blank endpapers to front of volume contain 4 separate ownership inscriptions. One central gathering of pages and a few odd leaves are slightly proud of main contents. Inner hinges visible at front and centre but sound. Final blank leaf is loose. Apart from these faults a clean and sound copy of a pocket prayer book from the early 18th century. unknown
