Mainly clean tight pages with dusty very slightly marked slightly bumped boards, a little foxing and with rubbing to ends of sunned spine. Three fold-out maps in very good condition. 163pp. A study of the Kalahari Scheme designed to bring irrigation and drinking water back to the region where lakes and rivers are slowly drying up. Undated but 1919 is mentioned in the text as the latest drought data.
