Corners of the front cover and first three leaves are creased and there is a large brown stain on the copyright page. Maps are in Very Good condition except one which has a matching brown stain on the back where it had been attached to the dedication page with rubber cement. Pages are lightly toned but not marked or underlined and the binding is tight. There is a loose map of Freeport that was originally glued to the top of the box with rubber cement but has come detacted with brown stains on the back of the map and the box lid.
