An Assembling-style collaborative Italian artists' book operating in a radical non-hierarchical spirit and featuring sheets provided by 78 international artists. Organized by Carlo Maurizio Benveduti and Tullio Catalano the project requested that each co-author produce 1000 copies of their sheets half of which they were responsible for disseminating themselves in various ways; the other half being collected into the present edition. Contents include conceptual texts collages visual poetry photographs drawings performance documentation etc. reproduced on various paperstocks and by various means principally in black-and-white. Recommandation autographe pour Hector Soufflet, « facteur de l'administration Bonnard » qui habite sa maison depuis un an. Cette recommandation devait se trouver sur une lettre de ce Soufflet qui a été découpée. Le morceau est contrecollé et on devine le texte au dos, notamment la signature de Pierre-Désiré-François-Xavier Desgranges (1782-1860), maire du XIe arrondissement de Paris de 1857 à 1860. [418]

Fassart reçut pour ses essais en poésie "les félicitations et les encouragements d'une des grandes illustrations poétiques de (son) siècle" : A. de Lamartine. Il disparaît tragiquement à l'âge de vingt ans. Ses proches livrent ici ses poèmes, dont Isnamar, inspiré de l'histoire des invasions normandes. Brochage fragile, toutefois bon exemplaire, texte frais.
