Of particular interest and value to the modern reader is Pain's estimate list of prices of building materials and for labor; includes "Price for bricklayer's work" "Price of carpenter's work" "Price for mason's work"; "Price of painter's glasier's sic plumber's and smith's work"; and price lists for materials used in such as boarded floors mouldings columns pilasters doors shutters wainscotting groundfills joists floors oak squares for brewing etc. William Pain c.1730-c.1790 was an English architect and carpenter and had authored four earlier works of similar subjects. Es liegen weiterhin einzelne gedruckte Publikationen vor wie etwa "Muscle Man in Silks. A Story of Transvetism" diese werden beigegeben. Die Sammlung enthält zudem zwei Alben mit zahlreichen erotisch-sadistischen Darstellungen. Eine letzte Komponente des Konvoluts besteht aus insgesamt vier beigegebenen 8mm-Filmrollen welche jeweils mit einer Fotografie beklebt wurden.
