Prior owner's calligraphic ink inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. The inscription reads 'To Minnie with Love from A. 5th May 1903'. With a blind stamp from W. H. Smith to the front endpaper. In the publisher's original red pictorial cloth binding. Externally smart. Lightly bumped to the head and tail of the spine with some marginal wear to the extremities.
