Reliure de l'époque en demi-cuir de Russie noir pour le volume de planches et en demi-basane pour le volume de texte. Dos lisse orné de bandes dorées. Nom de l'auteur et titre en lettres dorées. Avec une planche annexe collée sur toile consacrée aux organismes fossiles découverts sur différents sites. Papier uniformément bruni, mais propre pour le volume de texte. Quelques rares rousseurs éparses dans le volume de planches, sinon ensemble en très bon état et finement gravé.

Scarce monograph on the eocene fossil molluscs from the Paris basin. Seldom offered for sale but indispensable for those studying this fossil fauna.
