Previous owner's details (in fountain pen), plus a signature in crayon, on the opening blank page. The binding is a little weak on the closing few pages, with one or two small tears on the gutters. Dalla fine del XVIII sec. è attribuita alla geografia - come ad altre materie - un ruolo di pretesto per l'esercizio degli strumenti di lettura che sono le lettere e le sillabe. Gli abecedari tematici sono stati dunque usati quotidianamente e spesso distrutti da quest'uso ripetuto: per questo è raro trovarne in ottime condizioni come questo.
