Walter Shaw Sparrow was a notable Welsh writer on art and architecture with a special interest in British sporting artists. This work looks at the lives and works of Henry Alken George Stubbs and Ben Marshall. A fascinating study with both volumes seldom found together here in a beautiful bright binding. In a half crushed morocco binding with cloth covered boards. Externally very smart with a few light marks to the cloth boards. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright.
