On the facing second page Korngold has written out the first bars of music for six of the film’s musical themes “Robin Hood†“Robin Hood’s Companyâ€â€Lady Marian†Lionheart England†“Sir Guy†“Love Themeâ€. Beneath which Korngold has written “One minute - one page†--â€One hour - a million of notes†The genning of each sequence is marked in print CONDUCTOR. Beautifully bound in dark green Niger leather with gilt-stamping. The volume measures 10 1/2 inches wide by 12 1/2 inches tall. It is enclosed in a custom clamshell full linen cloth box. Hal B. Wallis 1899-1986 was one of Hollywood’s greatest film producers whose additional accomplishments include the films Casablanca The Maltese Falcon Yankee Doodle Dandy Dark Victory and many others. The resulting film has come down to us as one of Hollywood’s greatest classics and stars Errol Flynn Olivia de Havilland Claude Rains and Basil Rathbone. Korngold won the Academy Ward for Best Original Score for The Adventures of Robin Hood. The American Film Institute chose Robin Hood as number eleven in its list of the top 25 best American film scores. The following year he removed to Elysburg at which point he was the first physician to locate permanently and he was in active practice there for forty-two years his field covering all the eastern part of Northumberland County and the adjoining portions of Montour Columbia and Schuylkill counties. He was of the old 'saddle-bag' doctors and in spite of the hardships of a physician's life in his day survived all his fellow practitioners who were in practice at the time his career began living to the advanced age of eighty-seven years. Archive of two scripts for the 2000 film including the shooting script with blue and pink revisions bound in and yellow revisions bound separately with the studio's production number rubber stamped randomly on the pages throughout. Copy belonging to Bruce Willis' stand-in Allen Strange with a detailed and nicely anecdotal typed letter signed providing provenance. With director Shyamalan's initials signing off on the script on the last leaf of the shooting script. <br/><br/>An interesting insight into a quiet auteur film that has become a cult favorite here evidenced as the result of some extreme editing. This early draft shows numerous differences between what Shyamalan shot and what made the finished film. Staneruck notes that "Many of the scenes that were shot which in my opinion were stunningly great were discarded after rewrites and lost in the editing . one incredible sequence that was cut shows . Bruce Willis in the shower naked.slowly overcome by emotion and breaks down crying." Staneruck also describes a very expensive shot of the train crash "which was on a 3 axis gimble with 20 stunt people falling about and dying violently. A Big Bucks scene. The poems are taken from medieval Welsh texts from the sixth to the fourteenth-centuries reproduced with humble mastery and taking few liberties.<br/><br/>Sara Philpott is a contemporary Welsh painter and printmaker. 1990150407Universal City: Universal Studios 1990. Early First Draft script for the 2008 film dated 1990 from screenwriter Robin Swicord. Swicord who received a joint Story credit with screenwriter Eric Roth in the film's final release was first hired by Columbia Pictures to adapt Fitzgerald's short story as early as 1985 by 1989 the project moved to Universal Studios with producer Ray Stark holding the rights who is credited on this draft. It wasn't until 2003 that credited screenwriter Eric Roth would be brought on to adapt Swicord's screenplay with Gary Ross reported to direct . Paramount who developed a joint co-production with Universal for the project in 1999 announced David Fincher as director in 2005. Between 1990 and 2003 various directors screenwriters and actors were reported attached to the project including Frank Oz Martin Short Agnieszka Holland Daniel Day-Lewis Phil Alden Robinson Steven Spielberg Tom Cruise Spike Jonze Charlie Kaufman and Ron Howard.<br/><br/>Based on the 1922 short story by F.
