Nine volumes of text plus three volumes containing a total of 720 plates. Original hardcover bindings: Attractive dark green quarter leather leather spine with marbled paper boards. Minor shelfwear and rubbing with several minor instances of peeling to surface layer of leather; each volume protected in custom stiff archival mylar. Minimal foxing to text. Text in French printed in two columns per page. The three plate volumes are moderately sunned on spine. Although about 25 plates are partially hand-colored this is to be considered a non-colored edition. Four plates with tears each slightly affecting image. Approximately half of the plates are slightly and uniformly toned. A few dozen plates have minor foxing and/or soiling to the edges another few dozen have the fore-edge of the plates trimmed by the binder affecting the plate number and in a few instances the images and a few plates with minor creasing to the top corner. Title continues ".avec des details sur l'emploi des productions des trois regnes dans les usages de la vie les arts et metiers et le manufactures.
